Switch between monthly and yearly
How to change your billing cycle and when the change takes effect.

EtiquetaChef has a single plan with everything included — no tiers, no label limit, no paid feature extras. The only decision is between two billing cycles: monthly or yearly. The only difference between them is the price and the cycle — yearly comes at a discount over monthly.
Only the Owner of the organization can change the cycle.
How to switch
- Under Account → Subscription, tap Change cycle.
- Choose switch to monthly or switch to yearly.
- Confirm the payment method.
- Tap Confirm.
When the change takes effect
A cycle change takes effect on your next renewal. Until then, you stay on the current cycle with normal service. At renewal, the charge becomes the one for the new cycle.
Cancel a scheduled change
While the change hasn’t taken effect yet, it stays scheduled for the next renewal. If you change your mind, open Account → Subscription and tap Cancel change — your subscription stays on the current cycle, as if nothing had been scheduled.
