Upgrade your plan
How to move from Free to Pro or Enterprise and what changes right away.

The upgrade takes a few seconds and unlocks the new limits immediately.
How to do it
- In Account → Plan, tap Change plan.
- Compare plans side by side (limits, price, features).
- Pick the target plan.
- Confirm the payment method (credit card or recurring Pix).
- Tap Confirm upgrade.
Billing is prorated for the rest of the current month. The next invoice comes at the normal date with the full amount.
What changes right away
- Labels/month limit goes up.
- Additional branches and users become available to create.
- Pro features (CSV import, alerts) turn on.
What about my label balance?
The current month’s balance is added to the new limit, not replaced. If you had 50 labels left on Free and upgraded to Pro (2,000/month), you now have 2,050 available until month rollover.
Downgrade
Works similarly (same screen), but only takes effect on the next cycle. You stay on the current limits until the end of the current month.
