Change the plan, the cycle or the modules
How to request changes to your subscription — billing cycle, optional modules or amounts — through your consultant.

Your EtiquetaChef subscription is put together with a consultant: the base plan, the optional modules you signed up for and the billing cycle. That’s why any change also goes through them.
What you can change
- Billing cycle — for example, moving from monthly to yearly.
- Optional modules — adding a new module or dropping one you have.
- Cancellation — ending the subscription renewal.
How to request a change

Talk to your consultant
Use the contact of the consultant who served you or the contact page. Tell them what you want to change.

Confirm the proposal
The consultant explains the new amount and when the change takes effect. When there’s something to pay, they send you a payment link.

Check it in Account & plan
Once applied, the change shows up in Account & plan, in the web panel.
