Switch between monthly and yearly
How to change your billing cycle and what happens right away.

EtiquetaChef has a single plan with everything included — no tiers, no label limit, no paid feature extras. The only decision is between two billing cycles:
- Monthly — up to 3 users on the tenant.
- Yearly — up to 5 users on the tenant, at a discount over the monthly price.
How to switch
- Under Account → Subscription, tap Change cycle.
- Pick Monthly or Yearly.
- Confirm the payment method.
- Tap Confirm.
The screen shows the prorated amount charged or credited before you confirm.
When the change takes effect
- Monthly → Yearly — effective immediately. The proration for the rest of the current cycle hits your invoice, and the next invoice is the full yearly amount.
- Yearly → Monthly — effective on your next anniversary. You keep the yearly benefits (up to 5 users) through the end of the cycle you already paid for.

If you switch from yearly to monthly and the tenant has more than 3 active users, deactivate the extras before the change.
Cancel (no lock-in)
