Usage limits and what happens when you hit them
Labels/month limits per plan and behavior when you get close or go over.

Every plan has a monthly limit of printed labels. The counter resets automatically on the first day of each month (tenant time zone).
Default limits
- Free — 100 labels/month, 1 branch, 2 users.
- Pro — 2,000 labels/month, 5 branches, 10 users.
- Enterprise — negotiated limits, dedicated support.
What counts as a “printed label”
Each successful print call counts 1, regardless of the quantity on the label. Reprinting a label also counts. Discarding by scan does not consume the quota.
Warnings along the way
- 80% of the limit — the app shows a yellow warning on the home screen and on print screens.
- 100% — soft block: the user can still print individual labels (not in bulk), and each one counts as an “exception”. The dashboard turns red. Upgrade or wait for month rollover.
