Choose your plan and pay
How to pick the billing cycle, apply a coupon, and activate your EtiquetaChef subscription.
Updated on
After creating your account and your business, the last step to start using EtiquetaChef is activating the subscription. It’s a single screen: you choose whether you’d rather pay monthly or yearly, check the price, and complete the payment.
One plan, two cycles
EtiquetaChef has a single plan: you don’t have to compare features or pick between versions. The only decision is the billing cycle:
- Yearly — comes pre-selected and carries a savings badge, because it works out cheaper over the year.
- Monthly — recurring charge every month.
The price appears in your country’s currency, already formatted. You can switch cycles at any time before paying.
Step by step
-
Check the cycle
Yearly is already selected, with the savings badge. If you’d rather pay month to month, tap the Monthly card. The price shown changes according to the cycle you choose.
-
(Optional) Use a coupon
If you have a promo code, paste it into the coupon field and tap Apply. The screen confirms whether the code is valid and shows the discount. Some coupons only work on the yearly cycle — in that case, the screen offers the option to switch to yearly and apply it.
-
Accept the terms
Check the box “I have read and accept the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy”. This acceptance is mandatory: the pay button stays blocked until you check it.
-
Pay securely
Tap Pay and complete the payment on the secure billing screen. Payment is by card and, in Brazil, also by Pix.
What unlocks access
There is no free trial and no free plan in EtiquetaChef. Access to the app is only unlocked once the payment is confirmed — that’s the single step that opens the doors of the system to you and your team.
What’s next?
With the subscription active, you can start using EtiquetaChef:
- On the web dashboard (computer), register your products and organize the team.
- On the Android app (phone or tablet), the team connects the printer, prints labels, and marks them done by scanning the code with the camera.
