Create your account and verify your contact details
How to create your EtiquetaChef account with email and password or Google, and confirm your email and phone with a code.

Before you can register products and print labels, you need an account on EtiquetaChef and you need to confirm your contact details. This guide shows you how to create the account, verify your email and phone, and what to do if you forget your password.
Creating your account
You can create the account in two ways — choose whichever you prefer:

With email and password
Enter your email and create a password (at least 6 characters). That’s it: your account is created.

With your Google account
Tap Create account with Google and pick your account. No need to come up with or remember a new password.
Confirming your email and phone
Having an email and password isn’t enough: EtiquetaChef confirms that the contact details really are yours. There are two quick steps:

Confirm your email
We send a confirmation link to the email you registered. Open your inbox and click the link. If you created your account with Google, your email comes already confirmed.

Confirm your phone with a code (SMS)
Choose your country, enter your number and request the code. You’ll get a 6-digit code by SMS — type it in to confirm.
Forgot your password?
If you sign in with email and password and can’t remember it, use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. We’ll email you a link to create a new one.
The account alone doesn’t unlock the app yet
Creating the account and confirming your contact details is just the start. To use EtiquetaChef you still need to:

Register your business
Enter the details of your bar, restaurant or hotel. This is where the country set during phone verification takes effect.

Confirm payment
Access is unlocked once your subscription payment is confirmed. The amount appears in your country’s currency. You get a 7-day refund guarantee: if you change your mind within that period, we refund your money.
