Choose which printer to use

You can save several printers in the same establishment — for example, one in the kitchen and another at the bar. One of them is always the default, used automatically when you print.

The default printer

On the Printers screen, the default printer is marked with a star (★) in the Saved section. It’s the one the app uses every time you tap Print on a label — without asking which one.

Change the default printer

1. Open Printers

   In the app, open Printers.

2. Tap Default

   On the printer you want to use, tap Default. The star moves to it, and the others stop being the default.

Print on a specific printer

The normal flow always uses the default. To print on a printer that isn’t the default, switch the default to it before printing (step above) — or use Print right on the printer itself for a quick test.
