Edit your establishment settings

The establishment settings hold your organization’s general details: the name shown on screen, the time zone, the language, the logo, and the tax details. This is where you keep everything correct so labels and alerts come out right.

What you can edit

• Establishment name — the name shown on screens and in alerts.
• Time zone — keeps label deadlines and reports on the right time.
• Language — the language used across the screens.
• Logo — your brand’s image.
• Tax details — the organization’s tax identification.

The country can’t change

The establishment’s country is set once, when you confirm your phone number while creating the account. After that it can’t be changed — it determines the currency, the format of the tax details, and the country allowed for your team’s phone numbers.

Step by step

1. Open the settings

   In the web panel, go to your Profile and open Establishment settings.

2. Adjust what you need

   Edit the name, time zone, language, or logo. The tax details are shown for reference.

3. Save

   Confirm the change. Updates take effect on the next labels and alerts.
