Using the Monitor

The Monitor is the dashboard that shows the pulse of your venue: how many labels are being created, how much is currently active, what is about to expire, and how each member of your team is working. It brings all of that together in a few tabs, with no report to open.

How to open the Monitor

1. In the web panel

   Open the side menu (on a computer) or the More menu (on a phone) and tap Monitor.

2. In the Android app

   Tap More in the bottom bar and choose Monitor.

The Monitor tabs

The Monitor organizes information into tabs. Switch tabs by tapping their name at the top of the screen.

Today

A quick snapshot of the day. Here you can see:

• How many labels were created and printed today, with the change compared to yesterday.
• How many labels are active right now and how many expire in the next 24 hours.
• The spread of active labels by time remaining (expiring within 1 day, 1 to 7 days, and so on).
• A list of the ones expiring soon, so you can act before any waste.

Responsibles

How each member of your team is doing in the chosen period. You can filter by Today, Week, or Month and see, per responsible person, how many labels were created, printed, and dropped, plus the last activity. Tap a row to open the breakdown of that person’s labels.

Drops

Shows who dropped the labels — consumed, discarded, or expired — in the chosen period. It is useful to understand how much is being used and how much is being lost.

Trends

Charts that help you spot patterns over time: labels by hour, a heat map by day and hour, labels printed per day, and the most used products in recent days.

What to use it for day to day

• Avoid waste: check the Today tab first thing and prioritize what expires first.
• Follow the team: use Responsibles and Drops to see who is producing and who is dropping labels.
• Plan better: Trends shows peak hours and the most used products, helping you organize prep.
