Where to follow your establishment's plan, modules, amount, billing cycle and next charge.

The Account & plan area brings together everything you need to know about your establishment’s subscription: what you signed up for, how much it costs, what the billing cycle is and when the next charge is.
Who can see it
Only the Owner can open the subscription area. The Manager and Staff don’t see this section — it covers billing and contracting, which are the establishment owner’s responsibility.
What you see

Plan and modules
The base plan and the optional modules your establishment has.

Amount
The subscription amount, in your country’s currency. It’s the amount agreed when you signed up — price changes in the catalog don’t change your running subscription.

Billing cycle
Shows your billing cycle: monthly, quarterly, semiannual or yearly, according to what you signed up for.

Next charge
The date of the next charge, along with the date the subscription started.
