Create a new branch
How to add branches to your tenant and run them independently.

Each tenant has one or more branches. Branches share the product catalog and the fiscal history, but have their own printers, users and active labels.
When to create a branch
- Restaurant with more than one physical location.
- Catering events at different sites.
- Central kitchen + distribution points.
If you only have one address, you can operate with a single branch — the tenant comes with a default “HQ” branch already.
How to create
- In Settings → Branches, tap New branch.
- Fill in:
- Name — something short and unique (“Downtown”, “North Branch”, etc.).
- Address (optional, but recommended).
- Time zone — inherits from the tenant by default.
- Tap Create.
Switching branches in the app
Every user with access to multiple branches sees a switcher at the top of the home screen. Tap the current branch name to switch — all operations (printing, scanning, reports) reflect the selected branch.
Plan limits
The number of branches varies by plan. Free allows 1 branch; Pro allows up to 5; Enterprise is unlimited.
