Invite a user
How to add people to your tenant and set the role (Owner, Manager, Staff).

EtiquetaChef has three roles that cover most operational flows. Each user has a role per branch.
The three roles
- Owner — full access to everything in the tenant. Can view/edit plan, invite other owners, close the account. Ideally 1-2 per company.
- Manager — manages branch operations: products, rules, printers, Staff invites. Cannot see plan or payment info.
- Staff — operational use: print and discard. Cannot see settings.
Invite
- In Settings → Users, tap Invite.
- Enter the person’s email.
- Pick the branch and the role.
- Tap Send invite.
The person gets an email with an acceptance link. After accepting and signing in, they show up in “Users” as active.
Change role or remove
In Users, tap a person to open details — you can change the role or revoke access. Removal is immediate: their next action requires a new invite.
Plan limits
The number of active users varies by plan. Free allows 2 users; Pro allows up to 10; Enterprise is unlimited.
