My account is suspended
Understand why your account was suspended and how to reactivate it.

If you opened EtiquetaChef and saw a notice that your account is suspended, there are two possible reasons. Find which one is yours below — the fix is different for each.
Case 1: payment overdue
This is the most common reason. When a subscription charge isn’t paid, the account stays suspended until the situation is sorted out.
You can recognize this case because the Reactivate and pay button appears.

Sign in to the web panel as the Owner.
Open it in a browser using the Owner account for the organization.

Tap Reactivate and pay.
The button appears on the suspension notice.

Confirm the payment.
Review the billing details and complete the payment.

Go back to the app.
As soon as the payment is confirmed, the account returns to normal and everyone can use it again.
Case 2: administrative suspension
In rarer situations, the account may have been suspended by our team for an administrative reason. In that case the Reactivate and pay button does not appear, and you can’t fix it yourself from the panel.
How do I know which case is mine?
- Do you see the Reactivate and pay button? It’s an overdue payment — the Owner sorts it out from the web panel (Case 1).
- No such button? It’s an administrative suspension — contact support (Case 2).
