I can't sign in (password or PIN)
How to get back in when you forgot your password or PIN, and what to do if a session drops.

How you sign in depends on your role in the organization. Owner and Manager sign in with email and password. Staff sign in to the Android app with a quick-access PIN — they have no email or password.
I’m an Owner or Manager and forgot my password

Tap “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen.
Works both in the Android app and in the web panel.

Enter your account email.
Use the same email you normally sign in with.

Open the link that arrives by email.
Check your spam folder too. The link lets you set a new password.

Sign in with the new password.
Done — you’re back in as usual.
I’m Staff and forgot my PIN
Staff use the Android app with a quick-access PIN. If you forgot your PIN, ask the Owner or the Manager of the organization to reset your access. After that, you sign in with the new PIN.
I’m Staff and want to use the web panel
The web panel is for administration only. Staff don’t access the web panel — your place is the Android app, where you create labels, print, and check items off by scanning QR codes.
I changed the PIN and someone else got dropped
Changing the PIN can also sign out sessions that were open with the old PIN. Anyone using the previous access just signs in again with the updated PIN.
