Why something may look out of date and how to force a sync.

EtiquetaChef is built to work even without internet. Because of that, what you see on screen may be a few moments behind what is saved — and this is almost never an error.
The app works offline
Creating labels, printing and marking them as used all work without internet. The app keeps everything on the device and sends it automatically as soon as the connection is back. You don’t have to do anything for that to happen.
Other information (labels created on another device, changes made on the web, data from other people on the team) shows up as soon as there is a connection and the sync finishes.
If something looks out of date

Check the connection
Make sure the device is connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data.

Pull the screen to refresh
Drag the list down to force a refresh.

Wait for the sync
Once the connection is back, what you did offline is sent and the missing items appear within a few seconds.
