Product catalog and validity rules per state.

A product holds the name, the category and — most importantly — the validity rules. The rule is what decides which deadline gets printed when someone labels that item as opened, handled, thawed or cooked. Every product needs at least one rule: without it there is no deadline to calculate and the item cannot be labeled.
