Track stock per product, set minimum levels and see low-stock items.

Stock here is derived from labels: each active label counts as one unit of that product in use, and discarding it by scan brings the balance down. It is not purchasing or invoice control — it is a snapshot of what is open and still valid in the kitchen right now. Set a minimum level per product and the app warns you when the balance drops below it.
